Service Description
Unlock your personal story through the art of poetry. This six week group lead by Grace & Josh will help you dive into the world of poetry and the way your own life has set you up to experience life in the way you do today. We will utilize the popular "I am From" poem template (as based on the iamfromproject.com ) as well as the Allender Center modality of story work in order to find the threads of goodness and heartbreak you have experienced that make you who you are today. Together we will witness each other's story and poetry. Together, we heal. This virutal group will take place on Thursdays January 26th-March 2nd. 9:30am-11:00am
