Service Description

Not sure where to begin? Start here! This short session is for the two of us to connect and decide if I am the right guide for your journey. We will discuss pathways and how you would you like to grow and the best ways I can offer you care. As we both recognize our successful companionship for your healing care you will have the option to set up a full session where we will walk together your healing journey using Trauma Informed Narrative Story Work, Enneagram and other personality tools, as well as tender attentive care using Mental Health First Aid. It is important to note that I am not a therapist but am trained well in coaching and healing using the tools mentioned above. I am aware of my abilities and will recommend therapeutic care if the need arises.
